Verso: record of the issuing of a decree from the chancery of Al-Ḥāfiẓ, as a response to a petition sent by the judge Sanāʾ al-Mulk ʿAbdallāh b. ʿAbd al-ʿAzīz b. Abī Kāmil regarding restoring the funds, oil and glass that used to be bestowed upon his mosque out of the warehouse in Fusṭāṭ. Dated Muḥarram 532 AH (= September-October 1137 CE).

Not(lar)	Folds are visible on fragment. Recto and verso were inverted during conservation. Verso used to be a bifolium: its left leaf is now preserved only in the form of a stub, with beginnings of words of another Arabic document that is now illegible.
