Notlar	Four piyyuṭim on recto and three on verso, with the word אחרת marking the beginning of a new one. On verso are seliḥot for the fast of Gedaliya by Saʿadya Gaʾon: אבלה נפשי, תאלת יום מבוכה, אתה היכנתה צרי. The piyyuṭim on verso are written between the lines of an Arabic chancery document.

Not(lar)	The Hebrew text is written over a widely spaced Arabic text on verso. The last eight lines of Hebrew text on verso are written inverted. The leaf is made up of two long leaves glued together in such a way that Arabic text on verso appears in two different directions in the upper and lower halves. Traces of the presence of a further leaf are visible in the form of a stub at the bottom.
