وثيقة إطلاق سراح من عام 1100 م، حيث قام ناثان ها كوهين هي هافر ها ميول با هافورا وشقيقه صدقة ها كوهين، أبناء بيراهوت ها كوهين، بتعيين يفت ها ليفي ب. هليل "حبيب اليشيفا" وكيلاً لهم في مسألة مبلغ 20 ديناراً تلقاها من تكفا ب. عمرام أبو المنى. وقعه إسحاق ب. صموئيل، ابراهيم ب. صدقة، شيمة ب. جوزيف ب. شماخ، موسى ب. ناثان ها كوهين، أبراهام ب. شمعيا (سليل شمعياهو جاعون)، إيلي ها كوهين ها بارناس، وتم التحقق من صحته من قبل حزقيال ها كوهين ب. أعطى إيلي كوهين هي-هافر.
