جزء من اتفاقية شراكة، مكتوب في ألميريا، إسبانيا (الأندلس)، على الأرجح في عام 1139 م (تم الاحتفاظ بتاريخ جزئي فقط)، ويتكون من نهاية السند، وأجزاء من التوقيعات السبعة والتوقيعات اللاحقة (بثلاثة توقيعات لكل منهما) للتصديقات اللاحقة للسند في الإسكندرية والفسطاط. وكان الشركاء التاجر هالفون ب. نتنائيل وابن الناصرة. التوقيعات الكاملة ليشوع ب. ميفوراك، ناثان ها كوهين ب. سليمان ها كوهين، يشوع ب. يوشيا من نسل شمعيا جاعون وناثان ب. صموئيل. Or.1080 1.88 هو جزء أكبر من نفس المستند.
