یادداشت‌ها	Recto: سندی به تاریخ آدار 1395 عصر سلوکی (= 1084 میلادی) که در آن موسی ب. ابراهیم هر چیزی را که محبوب در اختیار دارد به عمرام بن وکالت می دهد. یوسف او حسین. ذکر حصون ها لوی ب. سلیمان و مهدیه. نسخه: پسکلاسیک piyyuṭ אשא דעי ליחד، با قافیه الفبایی و قافیه داخلی. بخش‌هایی از سفر تثنیه 32: 4 در ترفند استفاده می‌شود، از استروف به خط خطی، اولین کلمه از خط استفاده شده در خط قبلی حذف شده و یک کلمه دیگر در انتهای آن اضافه می‌شود.
