Notlar	Text opens after basmala: حفظك الله واطال بقاك. The writer refers to a case concerning the manufacture of chains for lamps (سلاسل القناديل), which he has put before the ʼamir. He request the writer, in a separate paragraph, to remove the obstacles from their being manufactured: فرايك ابقاك الله في الامر بترك العرض لهم موفقا ان شا الله. Closes with the blessing formula with which it opened.
