Notlar	A second folio from the same ms. as no 1971-107/355, dated by Robinson as Qazvin style, c. 1580 (see Robinson, p. 128, no. 115).
Süsleme	Iskandar marries RaushanakFolio number: 001rNotes: The second miniature from the Qazvin ms. of c. 1580, see also 1971-107/355. This one is mounted on card. Misidentified by Robinson, p. 128 (no. 115), who also reproduces the picture in b/w on p. 260.The painting follows what is apparently a great lacuna in the text, possibly due to the scribe missing out a few folios, or perhaps due to deliberate abbreviation of the story. The first three lines on the page come from much earlier, in the reign of Darab (see Mohl-Wolff ch. 18, p. 1348, lines 78-80) . The painting itself gives little clue as to the subject, which does not really fit either context (Ch.M.).Location in text:Mohl 20, Iskandar (14 years), first line: None, break line before: 130, break line after: 131.0, last line: 131.
