Dated ḥol ha-moʿed of Passover 1546 of the Seleucid Era (= April, 1235 CE). Includes the authorisations by Solomon b. Jesse Nesi ha-gola, Peraḥya b. Joseph the judge, Ahuv b. Joseph, Isaac b. Abraham Sefaradi, Josiah Nasi b. Jesse Nasi. At the bottom of the current recto there are pen trials.
