Notlar	Letter in Judaeo-Arabic, with a long opening in Hebrew, to Yaḵin b. Nathaniel, who has the title Roš ha-Qehillot (ראש הקהלות, 'Head of the Congregations') sent by Abū l-Surūr and Abū l-Saʿd (whose names are found in a postscript, upside-down on verso). They send greetings to Moses (b. Mevoraḵ), who is given the title חמדת הנשיאות ('delight of the Nesiʾut'), meaning he was not yet Nagid, so the letter was written before 1112 CE. Discussed briefly by Mann, 'Texts and Studies' (1931: i 291).
