Chapter on marrying slaves; A slave may be called a slave, and among them are those who are slaves. The slave’s slave became or remained a slave, and from them is their saying, “He emancipated what was emancipated, and he emancipated what was enslaved.” And if the whole thing is ruined and it is not possible to buy for its price, an exploited one, even if a little, then it returns to the property of the donor, and God Almighty knows best.. And the completion of its writing was done.. by the hand of the poor Shihab al-Din al-Ghumri.. Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds.
