Basmala, and with it we seek help. Praise be to God, the Inspirer of what is right, in question and answer... As for what follows: These are questions that some of the rulers asked Sheikh... Siraj al-Din Omar Qari al-Hidaya... Sheikh Allamah Kamal al-Din Ibn al-Hammam said... When I came across this in his blessed handwriting, I loved his collection... And he says... Abdul Qadir bin Mahmoud bin Ahmad... Al-Uthmani, father of Al-Abbasi... As for Al-Antaki, he was born... I saw that it was collected by... Sheikh Ibn Al-Hammam... I loved to try my mind by arranging it. - ...he was asked about the guardian if he sold the property of an orphan to support him... He replied: If the sale is in this manner, it is valid and does not require the permission of a ruler... And God knows best, it was completed... The separation from his liberation was in the middle of the month of Muharram... in the year 1087...
