Praise be to God alone And may God’s blessings be upon our master Muhammad and his family, our righteous son, the honorable minister, Mr. Al-Tayyeb Al-Muqri, may God bless you with the presence of our Lord, may God grant him victory. And after we received your letter in Fatih Al-Jari that the honorable servant orders his servant to pay twenty thousand riyals to the honorable sir, sir, before the royal decrees brought by him from abroad, and it has come to our mind. Or now, I will not inform you of the tightness of honorable finances to the point that it is not possible to accomplish all and some of the aforementioned amount. And yes, when fate facilitates something, it will be implemented by God’s will, and may peace be upon you. May 15, 1329. Muhammad Al-Muqri, may God grant him success.
