| Notes | Praise be to God, Sharif Sidi Muhammad bin al-Mahdi al-Alawi claimed on behalf of Hajj Idris bin Abd al-Salam al-Alami against Sidi Idris bin al-Arabi al-Sultan that the defendant summoned looted items from the storehouse, trespassed on it, and witnessed the return of nineteen handfuls of wheat in large quantities, and forced labor fines. He asked him to acknowledge, perhaps they mentioned, that he should know the drawing on which he had written falsely, and the answer was based on what appeared to him as a complete drawing. He knew its value, witnessed it in its entirety, and recognized it on the twenty-third of Ramadan, the year two hundred and seventy-nine and one thousand. And from him and he was restricted by the request of the guarantor and four, and here he has a weaver without the face of injustice asking him to return his weaver to him or the answer with Mayer and his date, praise be to God, after the above plaintiff presented his claim for what was mentioned above, the defendant appeared and after he understood the article, he answered. The plaintiff’s representative acknowledged to him the above iddah voluntarily and testified against him for abandoning the store’s invitation and for the store’s call. |
