Praise be to God alone and may God’s prayers and peace be upon our master Muhammad and his family, our beloved jurist, the most noble, the best, my master Muhammad Al-Saffar. May the peace and mercy of God be upon you, for the goodness of our Lord Al-Mansour, by God. And after the honorable book, the one who seeks to raise the hand of benefits in the land of the storehouse, which was the master of Sheikh Al-Arabi Al-Sayis, has arrived, and we carried out his order and his answer, we guided him, and we informed you that you will be insightful and in love and peace on the 12th of Rabi’ al-Thani in the year 1289 Idris Al-Sarraj, may God protect him. Praise be to God alone, and upon our earthly lover, the most pure peace, mercy, and blessings of God for the goodness of our master, may God grant him victory. And after the above answer has arrived and we have been informed of it by the knowledge of our honorable master, may God support him and love and peace on the 14th of Rabi’ Al-Thani in the year 1289 Idris Al-Sarraj, may God protect him.
