Notlar This booklet presents the fundamental Islamic beliefs (ʿaqaʾid) according to the Hanafi school of jurisprudence (fiqh) in both Arabic and Persian in poetic form (manzum). It covers topics such as the seven attributes (sifat sabʿah), the negative attributes (sifat salbiyah), the attribute of being established (sifat al-istiwaʾ), taqlid (adherence to a particular school), the created actions (al-afʿal al-makhluqah), provision (al-rizq), faith (al-iman), the signs of the Hour (ashrat al-saʿah), some of the characteristics of the Prophet, the miracles of the saints (karamat al-awliyaʾ) and their affirmation, among other topics. | At the end, the book includes commendations (taqrizat) from the famous Deobandi Shaykh al-Hadith Husayn Ahmad Madani and Mawlawi Muhammad Shafiʿ, the mufti of the Dar al-Iftaʾ of Dar al-ʿUlum Deoband.
