Notlar Report for the Ministry of the Navy, Syrian Naval Division, [Ministère de la Marine, Division Navale de Syrie] on Syria concerning the mission goals i.e. to get in touch with Djemal Pasha, Commander of the Ottoman Army in Syria, and to cooperate with the Intelligence Service of the Naval Division in Syria.
