Notlar The plaintiff claims that the ex Ottoman Bank for the Orphan owed him 1883 dr. from his salaries when he was president of the bank he asks the attachment of the properties of the other defendants in order to be paid. The Court accepts the first part but rejects the second part of his suit because, according to the law each year the Bank was keeping the share of the incomes from the orphan properties in order to pay the employees of the Foundation.
