The successor to the Court of Directors. in London and Anglo-Persian Oil Company (APOC) representatives in regard to the negotiations with the Sheikh of Qatar, ‘Abdullāh bin Jāsim Āl Thānī, for the oil concession. The volume contains numerous draft agreements on the Qatar oil concession and also a 'Sketch map of Qatar Peninsula' (folio 22). There are some letters in Arabic, to and from the Sheikh of Qatar.
