The main correspondent is the Political Agent A mid-ranking political representative (equivalent to a Consul) from the diplomatic corps of the Government of India or one of its subordinate provincial governments, in charge of a Political Agency. and Consul at Muscat. Also included is a letter from Messrs Khan Bahadur Nassib bin Mahomed and Son, with an enclosed letter from the Government of Muscat and Oman's Director General of Customs. The Arabic material consists of a letterhead on the aforementioned letters.
