Fitted leaves, The leaves are damaged by moisture. — Fitted leaves, The leaves are damaged by moisture. — According to the scriptures, the text was probably written in the 14th century. — black, red — parchment — From the collection: ገድለ፡ ሰማዕታት። [ = Vita of the Martyrs]. The text fragments are detailed. Therefore, this is most likely the case
after around a part of the ገድለ ፡ ሰማዕታት ። and not about parts of the Sǝnkǝssār, which - like
a comparison of the events described in the fragment with the version in: Syn
IV 651-54 and 689-99 shows - is kept much more concise. 1. From the Vita of St. Barbara and Juliana: Bl.1ra-vb; 2. From the life of Abbā Baʾamin
by Ašmunayn: Bl.2ra-vb. The martyrdom of St. Barbara and Juliana commemorate the Sǝnkǝssār on the 8th of Tāhšāš [cf.
Zo 166a (No.8b); Syn IV 651-54)]. The fragment contains the description of the torture,
which the Holy Barbara had to suffer on the orders of her father Dioskoros to become a Christian
to renounce the faith and report on the compassion of St. Juliana. 2. From the vita of Abbā Baʾamin of Ashmunayn [cf. NeugEthAstronC 25, note 33]: Bl.2ra-vb. He is commemorated by the Sǝnkǝssār on the 9th of Tahšaš [cf. Zo 166b (No.9a); Syn IV 689-99]. This
Fragment describes the liberation from captivity and the healing of the Empress.
