Özet	Özet Bu çalışma, peygamberlerin kavimleriyle diyaloglarında, özellikle Kur'an-ı Kerim'in manası ve semeresi itibarıyla zikrettiği belagat üsluplarını ve bu üslupların dinleyicilerin ruhlarında ne gibi etkiler bıraktığını ve hidayete erenlerin hidayetine önemli bir neden olduğunu ele almaktadır. Hatta mükemmel melekelere ve eşsiz belagate sahip olanlar bile bu üslupları dinlemeye ve güzelliğinden yararlanmaya talip olmuşlardır. Hz. Mûsâ aleyhisselâm'ın diyalogları ele alınması ise, Allah'ın Kur'ân-ı Kerîm'in apaçık ayetlerinde kendisine daha geniş bir yer verdiği sebebiyle peygamberler arasından seçilmiştir. Ayrıca diğer peygamberlere nazaran onun mucizeleri ve kavmiyle diyalogları büyük maksatlar ve hikmetler için birçok yerde tekrarlandığını da görmekteyiz. Bu nedenle bu çalışmada İcaz, İtnab, Müsavat, Fasl, Vasl, Kasr, Emir, Nehiy, İstifhâm ve diğer Meânî üslupları gibi bu diyaloglarda yer alan birçok belagat üslubundan bahsetmeye çalışılmıştır. Bunun yanında Teşbih, İstiâre, Hakikat, Mecaz, Kinâye ve diğer Beyan üslupları da bu diyaloglarda ele alınmıştır. Bu tezin en önemli amacı, vahiy ile desteklenen peygamberler aleyhimusselam 'ın diyaloglarında bu belagat üsluplarını ve bunların içerdiği sözün kuvvetini ve onu seçme ve iletme becerisini ve gücünü göstermektir. Ayrıca seçilen bu sözlerin ruhlara tesiri ve kalpleri cezbetmesini ortaya çıkarmaktır. -------------------- This study deals with the Rhetorical Styles of the prophets in their dialogues with their communities, especially the dialogues conveyed by the Holy Quran, and the effects of these methods on the souls of listeners, which is an important reason to guide those who have reached guidance. Even those who have excellent Angels and unique eloquence aspire to listen to these methods and take advantage of their beauty. The reason for focusing on the dialogue of Prophet Moses (peace be upon him) is that Allah has given him a more prominent place in the clear verses of the Quran compared to other prophets. We also see that his miracles and dialogues with his people are repeated in many instances for great purposes and wisdom. Therefore, this study attempts to discuss various rhetorical styles present in these dialogues, such as conciseness, repetition, equality, dividing, connection, ellipses, command, prohibition, interrogation and other rhetorical devices. Furthermore, figurative expressions such as simile, metaphor, reality, metonymy, euphemism and other forms of expression are also analyzed in these dialogues. One of the most important goals of this thesis is the statement of the rhetorical styles used by the prophets (peace be upon them) in their dialogues, which are supported by divine revelation, as well as the strength of used words, skill and ability to convey them. It also aims to reveal the impact of these chosen words on souls and their ability to captivate hearts.
