Özet Hamd yalnız Allaha aittir. Salat ve selam ise kendisinden sonra peygamber gelmeyecek olan Efendimizedir.Bu tez “ Kutbüddîn eş-Şîrâzî’nin ‘Fetḥu’l-mennân fî tefsîri’l-Ḳurʾân’ adlı tefsirinin Fatiha Suresi kısmının tahkik ve değerlendirmesi” başlığıyla hazırlanmış bir Yüksek Lisans tezidir.Bu çalışma tefsirin bu kısmının tahkiki bağlamında yapılan ilk çalışmadır. Bu tefsir geniş ansiklopedik tefsirlerden sayılır. Nitekim bu eser -teracim kitaplarında zikredildiğine göre- mahtut halde 40 ciltten oluşmaktadır. Bu bağlamda Şirazinin kendisi de şeri ilimlerdeki derinliğiyle beraber nakli ilimlerde de öncü isimlerdendir. Bu bakımdan bu çalışma alanında önem arzetmektedir.Çalışma bir mukaddime, iki bölüm ve bir sonuçtan oluşmaktadır.Mukaddime: Bu kısımda konunun önemi, bu konuyu seçme sebepleri, araştırma planı ve mahtut haldeki nüshaların tanıtımını içermektedir.Birinci Bölüm: Bu bölüm müellifin kısaca hayatını ele almaktadır. Bundan başka eserin ismi ve müellife nisbeti hakkında değerlendirmede bulunulmuşturr. Yine bu bağlamda müellifin eserdeki -hem Ulûmü’l-Kur’ân hem de Tefsir bağlamında- metodu Fatiha Suresini tefsirinden hareketle incelenmiştir.İkinci Bölüm: Burada eserin fatiha suresini içeren kısmının tahkiki yapılmıştır. Bu tahkikte üç farklı nüsha karşılaştırmalı olarak incelenmiş ve ana nüshaya bağlı kalınmıştır. Bu bağlamda tahkiki yapılan nüsha ana nüshadır. Bu tahkikte ayetlerin Kur’andaki yerlerinin tespiti, hadislerin tahrici, aktarılan sözlerin gerçek sahiplerinin tespiti yapılmaktadır.Sonuç: Bu kısımda ise elde edilen sonuç ve tavsiyeler yer almaktadır. -------------------- ABSTRACTPraise be to Allah and blessing and peace be upon our prophet Mohammed, his family, and his companions.This is a study presented to get the master degree from the collage of Divinity - Department of the Basic Islamic Sciences – Branch of Taffseer, has the title : Fateh Al-Manan Fe Taffseer Al-Quran, to kotb Al-Din Al-Sherazi, Surat Al-Fateha, Study and investigation.This study is the first one in investigation of this part in this Taffseer book, and this book considered an encyclopedic and huge book in its field, it was written in 40 Manuscript tomes. The Scientist, Al-Sherazi is also considered a prominent scientist in the Transported Science, in addition to his huge knowledge in the divinity science. For these reasons, this study is important in this field.This study consists of Introduction, two sections and conclusion.The introduction contains: the importance of the study, the reasons of selection, the plan of the study and the definition of the Manuscripts.The first section contains: the life of the author, study about the book by investigation of its name and its attribution to the author, and his method in the book depending on his explanation of Surat Al-Fateha.The second section contains: the section of the investigation, where the three copies of the book was compared and depended on one of them to be documented, so the investigation operation was implemented on this documented copy where the Quran versis and the Prophet Hadiths were attributed, the scientists says were documented and unknown people were defined. The conclusion contains the results and recommendations.
