Uzun Hasan informs 'Alayi Bayg Valad Amir Qilich Arslan Bayg about his intention, after his conquest of Azarbayjan, Iraq and Fars, to launch a military campaign against the Ottomans. He plans to leave for Qaraman. Furthermore, he sends gifts to the recipient of the document.
