Ahmet Galip sealed memorandum stating that the bill of exchange received for 300 Ottoman liras from the merchant named Harambidi Eniklidi, residing in the Havbar Inn in Istanbul, from the Pertevniyal Valide Sultan Foundation and located in the Sanjak of Tırhala and managed by him, in order to offset the 1301 income of Voyvoda and other farms managed by him, was presented and the necessary arrangements were made and sent.
