Notlar	He offered properties for the benefit of the mosque under the following conditions: His heirs will receive incomes from those properties, after offering necessary for mosque; during the years heirs became more, relevant properties had been divided into shares and given to each family, under the condition that they will pass only to relatives of 1st degree and that after death of all they would become property of Ewkaf that had been, meanwhile, established; properties of the Ewkaf had been divided into 2 categories.
