Öztürk, 2000’li yıllarda yaşanan mevzuat değişikliklerinin uygulamaya yansıyan pozitif etkileri ile birlikte, Pegasus Havayolları gibi havayollarının, farklı işletme modellerini Türkiye Havacılık Sektörüne getirebildiğini belirtti.
