Örnek Metin	Değişen ve gelişen teknolojiden en çok etkilenen alanlardan biri fikri mülkiyet hukukudur. Teknolojinin gelişmesi ile fikri mülkiyet hukukunun eser sahibi haklarını koruma biçimleri de değişmektedir. FSEK yapıldığı dönem itibari ile tek yönlü bir koruma içerir ve eser sahibi haklarını fiziki dünyada koruduğu gibi sanal dünyada tam bir koruma sağlayamaz. Bu nedenle çalışma konumuzu değişen teknoloji ile başkalaşan eser sahibi haklarını koruma biçimi olarak belirledik ve sınırlandırdık. Birinci bölümde eser sahibi hakları ve teknolojinin bu hakları sanal dünyada nasıl korumakta zorlaştırdığı anlatılmıştır. İkinci bölümde ise yaygın teknolojik koruma olarak kullanılan DRM sistemi üzerinde durulmuştur. Gelişen teknoloji bugün başka bir hak koruma sistemini karşımıza çıkarmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde bu teknolojinin yapısı incelenmiştir. Blockchain teknolojisi ve akıllı sözleşme kavramları anlatılmıştır. Son bölümde bu teknolojinin hak yönetiminde nasıl kullanılacağı anlatılmıştır., One of the areas most affected by the changing and improving technology is intellectual property law. With the improvement of technology, the method in which intellectual property law protects copyright rights are also changing. FSEK contains a one-sided protection as of the period it was made and it cannot provide full protection in the virtual world as it protects the rights of the owner of the work in the physical world. For this reason, we have determined and limited our working position as protecting the rights of the owner of work metamorphosed with changing technology. In the first part, the rights of the copyright and how technology makes it difficult to protect these rights in the virtual world is explained. In the second section, Digital Right Management system, which is widely used as technological protection, is focused on. Improving technology has brought us another right protection system today. In the third part, the structure of this technology is clarified. Blockchain technology and smart contract notion are explained. In the last part, how to use this technology in rights management is explained.
