Some damp-staining, particularly toward end of manuscript, causing blurring of text on a few pages. A few repairs, with loss of text along the lower edge on leaf 6.Incipit: القسم الاول في قواعد الاصول الفقهية و فىه مقاصد المقصد الاول في الحکم - Full brown leather with blind-stamped central mandorla, pendants, and fillets; black paper doublures. - Treatise on uṣūl al-fiqh.
