First six folios by later hand and on European paper. On three folios following last is a discussion of the tale of the army of the elephant (see Sūrah CV) entitled Majlis fī Qiṣṣat Aṣḥāb al-Fīl. This is dated A.H. 1145 [A.D. 1733]. MS in good condition but worm-eaten; Arabic binding with flap; blind stamped and tooling. Probably from XVth century.Acquired from Bārūdī, Beirūt, A.D. 1925.
