Blind-tooling on the covers. Blue-dyed paper pastedown and free endpaper, with watermark. Envelope flap disbound. - Second part of a treatise compiling ḥadīths arranged by legal questions, completed in Miṣr, on 1 Rajab 936 [1530] (see end of text, fol. 281b). The text is preceded by three short texts on fol. 1b-4b, including al-Qawāʻid al-arbaʻah by Muḥammad ibn ʻAbd al-Wahhāb (d. 1792). At the end of the text are several short texts apparently written by the same hand, including a blurb by Aḥmad ibn Ḥamzah al-Ramlī al-Shāfiʻī, an ijāzah for Nūr al-Dīn al-Ṭarābulusī al-Ḥanafī, one for Shihāb al-Dīn al-Ḥanafī, the beginning of one for Muḥammad Nāṣir al-Dīn al-Ṭablāwī al-Shāfiʻī (fol. 282a-283a).
