Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the pastedown of the upper cover: "1553".Incipit: اما بعد حمد الله فاطر ذوات العقول النوريةExplicit: ولمن هذا آخر ما نورده فى العلم الالهى ويتلوه والقسم الثانى فى الطبيعى والحمد لله على الاتمام وصلوته على محمد ولى الاكرام ولكن هذا آخر ما اردنا ايراده فى شرح هذا القسم ولواهب العقل والحيوة ومفيض العدل والخيرات حمدا لا يعد ولا يحصى وشكرا لا يحقر ولا يستقصى والحمد لله رب العالمين - Green cloth covering paper on cardboard pasteboards for upper and lower covers and envelope flap, with leather spine and fore-edge flap. Embossed glazed green paper pastedown and free endpaper. - Commentary on Ḥikmat al-ʻayn by Najm al-Dīn al-Kātibī (d. 675/1276?). This copy contains the commentary on the metaphysics.
