Notlar	Ms. codex.Physical description: Western Sudanese script in black and dark brown; numerous black and polychrome diagrams. - Loose in 19th century tan leather binding with paper doublures. - A collection of amulets containing over 100 diagrams from the West African tradition of Islamic talismans. As well as prayers and verses from the Qurʾān, the collection contains colored diagrams made from mystical letters, names, and representations of holy places. A note attached to the final doublure of the loose binding records the results of an inspection of the ms. by the British Museum in 1963.
