Between fol. 134 and 135: Piece of paper with inscriptions and seals. Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the upper cover: "Thānī 50". Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the pastedown of the upper cover: "Ḥāʼ 1189". Modern foliation in pencil using western numerals (counts fol. i and ii as 1 and 2 ; followed in this record).First and last leaves water damaged, with loss of text.
