Central blind-stamped mandorla on each cover, with an outer border consisting of fillets. Marbled paper pastedowns. - Encyclopedia enumerating various sciences, arranged in two parts (fāṣilah): the religious sciences (qirāʾah, ḥadīth, uṣūl al-ḥadīth, tafsīr, kalām, fiqh, uṣūl al-fiqh, adab) and the philosophical sciences. According to the end of the copy, the work was completed in 894 [1488 or 9] in Herat (fol. 176b).
