(II) + 273 + (1) ; catchwords ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.Layout: 33 lines per page.Description: Rubricated ; watermarks (later endpapers and fol. 1-2 only: three crescents) ; MS in fair condition; mended.Origin: Probably from the XVIth century.Incipit: بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم رب يسر يا كريم ... وبعد فلما يسر الله الفراغ من شرحي لمنهاج العلامة محي الدين ركريا النووي قدس اللهروحه ...Ending: فان اعتقه المصدق فالمذهب انه يقوم عليه - Later type II (with flap) binding in brown leather and yellow paper. Trace of stamped mandorla on upper cover. Flap missing; spine leather largely missing. Multi-colored endbands. Binding is evidently re-used as it does not fit the MS. - A part of a commentary on Minhāj al-ṭālibīn, an abridgment by al-Nawawī of al-Muḥarrar fī fiqh al-Imām al-Shāfiʻī, a work on Shāfiʻite law by Abū al-Qāsim ʻAbd al-Karīm ibn Muḥammad al-Rāfiʻī al-Qazwīnī.
