Text 4 written in small shikastah nastaʻlīq in black ink with use of red, 19 lines per page, on very thin European paper. Several ḥāshiyah written by the copyist on the margins and on small pieces of paper (signed Muḥammad Shirwīnī, Muḥyī al-Dīn, Qāsim, ʻAbd al-Raḥmān, M N, ʻ N, etc.). Modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals (fol. 1 is a fly-leaf, with inscription).Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the upper cover: "Tawḥīd 71". Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the pastedown of the upper cover: "1256/2 Ḥāʼ".Text 1 copied by Maḥmūd Kūlah Zādah on 1 Shaʻbān 1089 [1678] (colophon, fol. 82b); Text 2 copied in Diyārbakr on 24 Rajab 1089 [1678] (colophon, fol. 120b; name of the copyist obliterated); Text 4 copied in Madrasat Akīl(?) in Jumāda al-Ukhrá 1071 [1661] (colophon, fol. 152a). - Golden brown leather over pasteboard for upper and lower covers and envelope flap.
