Headings, keywords, overlining, some punctuation and voweling, some marginalia in red ink. First two pages of text bordered in green and gold. Section headings framed in yellow. Some vocalization. Very little marginalia.Paper is glazed laid stock. Minor worm damage, primarily in margins. Paper repairs to some leaves. Slightly dog eared. Some discoloration and smudging. Leaves at beginning and end detached from binding.Binding is leather over pasteboard, wallet style. Shows several repairs. Spine is plain. Covers and envelope flap have blind stamped triple fillet border; covers have stamped scroll design between outer two fillets. Fore edge of envelope flap has fillets and a row of blind stamped rosettes. Cover centers have blind stamped mandorlas and flanking tulips. Chevron endbands intact. - Text of the well-known treatise on Mālikī jurisprudence.
