Rubrication and catchwords; extensive marginal notes. Fol. 97-98, 148-149 detached. Light staining and smudging; otherwise in excellent condition.Origin: Copy completed by Ilyās ibn Murād on Wednesday night, 14 Jumādá II, at the Madrasat al-Muftī in Bolu (fol. 154b). The scribe relates that he was previously in Istanbul, but when he fell ill he came to Bolu to improve his health. He had a fever for twenty days, then when the fever subsided he began copying this manuscript. Ms. is likely from the 18th century.Incipit: ... المقالة الثانىة ... اى الموضوعات الذکرىة فى هذه المقالة انواع القضىة - Full dark brown leather over pasted boards, with blind-stamped central mandorla and blind-tooled fillets. Spine repaired and flap missing. Blue paper doublures. - Gloss on the taṣdīqāt of al-Quṭb al-Taḥtānī's commentary and Jurjānī's gloss on al-Risālah al-Shamsīyah.
