No. "289" in Arabic numerals on fol. 1a. Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the upper cover: "Tawḥīd 125". Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the pastedown of the upper cover: "1202/2 Ḥāʼ".Copied by Ḥusayn ibn Ḥasan on a Thursday in Shaʻbān 1133 in a Madrasah Jaʻfarīyah in Arḍānah(?)
