Notlar Ms. codex.Title from fol. 1a.25 lines per page. Written in small nastaʻlīq in black ink, tending to naskh. Blank spaces (for headings?). Thin paper with laid lines and pulp visible. The paper has been frame-ruled (see fol. 276). Verses of poetry in Persian on fol. 1a. Waqf statement on the pastedown of the upper cover.Copy completed on 10 Jumādá al-Awwal 860 [April 16, 1456] (colophon, fol. 275b).Incipit: الحمد لله الذى وفقنا لافتتاح المقال بتحميده ... فكما ان اكمل المعارف واجلها شانا واصدق العلوم ... [2أ] ... قول الشيخ رحمه الله احمد اللّه على حسن توفيقه واساله ... افاد الفاضل الشارح ان هذه المعاني [2ب] يمكن ان يحمل على كل واحدةExplicit: ممن يقع اليه كتابى هذا ان يصلح ما يعثر عليه من الخلل والفساد وبعد ان ينظر فيه بعين الرضا وينتجنب طريق العناد والله ولى السداد والرشاد ومنه المبدأ والمعاد وهو معين صالح العباد وحسبنا لله وحده وصلوته على نبيه محمد وآله - Dark brown leather over paper pasteboards for upper and lower covers, fore-edge flap and envelope flap. Both covers have an elaborate border consisting of blind-tooled fillets and running patterns, with a central circular motif. Portion of the same border on the envelope flap, with a smaller motif on its point. Leather doublure (paper for upper cover). - Commentary on al-Ishārāt wa-al-tanbīhāt by Ibn Sīnā.
