Worm-eaten; extremely fragile; loss of text.Origin: The ms. is not dated. - Brown leather binding covered with khaki cloth. - A compendium of legal theory after the Ḥanafī school, completed on 27 Jumādá II 969 [March 1562] (see end of text, fol. 211a in the foliation in Arabic numerals). The text is preceded by short texts and inscriptions on fol. 1a-2a, and a fihrist of the al-Ashbāh wa-al-naẓāʼir al-fiqhīyah ʻalá madhhab al-Ḥanafīyah on fol. 2b-5b.
