Bursa, Ulu Cami no. 3496 as described by Fahd, La divination arabe, p. 365sq., the title is Risālat al-akhyār fī man manaʻa al-nawm fī al-masājid min al-ashrār, and the author states that ʻʻcʼ est... une épître (ayant pour but) de refuter ceux qui croient quʼil est illicite de se coucher dans les mosquéesʼʼ. This full title and the words quoted are not found in the present ms., probably as the result of an inadvertent omission by the scribe between the words al-nawm and ḍāmman (see incipit, infra).The treatise is divided into six bābs:1: ...فى بىان نوم السنة2: ... فى بىان النوم المباح3: ... فى بىان النوم الحرام4: ... فى بىان النوم المکروه5: ... فى بىان الرؤىا للنائم6: فى بىان نوم النبىIncip.: ... الحمد لله الذى جعل النوم راحة الاجساد ... وبعد فىقول ... هذه رسالة فى آداب النوم ضاما الى ذلك من الفوائد
