[partly obliterated] al-Shāfiʻī (title page, fol. 1a).Incipit: الحمد لله الذى خصّ هذه الامة بالاسناد والاعراب وصلى الله على سيدنا محمد واله وصحبه وبعد فقد اكثر العلما قديما وحديثا من التصنيف في اعراب القرانExplicit: وسببه ان النحويين لم يحيطوا احاطة قطعية بجميع كلام العرب ولهذا يمنع بعضهم ما ينقله غيره عن العرب كما هو معروف انتهى الجزء الاول من كتاب عقود الزبرجد فى حل اشكال اعراب مسند الامام احمد ابن حنبل للحافظ ابى عبد الرحمن جلال الدين السيوطى ويليه الجزء الثانى وهو النصف الاخير من عقود الزبرجد واوله مسند ابى رمشية رضى الله تعالى عنه امين - Brown leather over paper pasteboards for upper and lower covers, fore-edge flap and envelope flap. Blind stamped central mandorla and border made of fillets on both covers. Similar border on the envelope flap, with smaller stamp on its point. - First part of the ʻUqūd al-zabarjad. The text is followed on fol. 205b by a short text by al-Qasṭilānī on a ḥadīth reported by al-Bukhārī.
