Notlar Ms. codex.Title from note on fol. 2a. The same title appears on the tail of the text block.19 lines per page. Written in small round taʻlīq in black ink with use of red for headings "qawluh". Some spaces left for the headings blank (see fol. 2b-3a). Soft glazed dark cream paper with pulp visible. Some leaves are dyed in yellow (see fol. 12). The paper is frame ruled (particularly visible on fol. 286-288). Ḥāshiyah on the margins (beginning of text). Small piece of paper with ḥāshiyah between fol. 7 and 8. Short table of contents on fol. 1b. Short text on fol. 288b. Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the upper cover: "ʻAqāʼid 51". Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the pastedown of the upper cover: "Ḥāʼ 752".Copy completed in 915 H. (colophon fol. 286b, followed by two lines of poetry in Persian).Incipit: اما بعد حمد واجب الوجود على نعمائه خصّ بالذكر من صفاته العلى ما هو اخص به تعالى اعنى الوجوب الذاتى لا نطوائه على سائرها اذ هو معدن لكل كمالExplicit: الى ان يتاثر المتاثر بقبول تلك الصفة فيكون هناك متأثرية اخرى وهكذا ويلزم التسل قد تم الكتاب - Marbled paper pasted over brown leather on paper pasteboards for upper cover and lower covers and envelope flap. Brown leather spine and fore-edge flap. Yellow paper pastedowns and free endpapers. - Gloss on the commentary by Maḥmūd ibn ʻAbd al-Raḥmān al-Iṣfahānī (d. 749/1348) on Tajrīd al-ʻaqāʼid by Naṣīr al-Dīn al-Ṭūsī.
