Teheran-Mark. v. 15, no. 5217/14 is attributed, but in both mss. listed in Brockelmann, GAL, S I, 901 (38a) and in ms. Fatih 5411 (Fihrist al-makhṭūṭāt al-muṣawwarah, ch. 6, no. 496) the authorship is ascribed to Sharaf al-Dīn Muḥammad ibn ʻUmar , with the variant Ibn al-Muzza [?] instead of Ibn al-Marʼah.Incomplete at end: the text breaks off in the 7th bāb.Incip.: ... قال ... شرف الدىن .. ال معروف بابن المرأة .... أما بعد حمد الله خالق الداء والدواء ... فانى لما طالعت اکثر الکتب الطبىة لم اجد فىها ما ىشفى القلب
