Binding has been mended. - A collection of discourses, wise sayings and proverbs on good government, divided into 8 divisions: (1) good policy, (2) virtue in knowledge and action, (3) elements which aid in religious devotion and worship, (4) aids to the discipline of the tongue, (5) self discipline, (6) good conduct, (7) good behavior, and (8) aids to eloquence.
