Glazed European paper.Decoration: Illuminated headpiece in gold, blue, red and white (fol. 3b). Opening spread frame-ruled in gold and black (fol. 3b-4a).Origin: Copied by İbrahim el-Mehmedî, known as the kâtip of Parmaksız Ahmet, Kethüda-yi Müstahfızân, and completed on the 7th of Muḥarram 1133 (1720) -- colophon (fol. 307a).Incipit: الحمد لله انزل علينا كتاباً احكمت آياته ثم فصلت من لدنه تفصيلا ونور به قلوبنا وشرح به صدورنا وعلمنا ما فيه من الوعد ... اما بعد اعلموا معاشر المؤمنين اتاكم الله تعالي سؤلكمExplicit: الهم نسئلك ان تغفر لنا ولوالدينا ولاستاذينا ولمشايخنا وان تغفر لمن قرأه او كتبه او قرا عليه اللهم اجعل كتابنا هذا حجة لنا يوم القيامة ولا تجعله حجة علينا وصلي الله ... وسلم تسليماً - Type II (with flap) binding in red leather over pasteboard.
