Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the pastedown of the upper cover: "1281/2 Ḥāʼ".Copied by Ḥusayn ibn Ḥusayn, in the service of Muftī ʻUmar Afandī in Rajab 1133 (colophon, fol. 70b).Incipit: الحمد لمن تقدّس جنابه عن ان يكون شريعة لكل وارد ... [2أ] ... وبعد فهذه [فوايد] شريفة كافية ونكات لطيفة ... [2ب] ... قوله شكراً لله ... البراهين اى الدلايل لكنّه عبّر عنها بالبراهين ترغيبا وتزويجاExplicit: قوله واعلم انّه يزد الشيخ اه يعنى انهم لم يزيدوا على الاستلزام ولم يدعوا التقدم فلا يكون ما ذكره المتاخرون ... لا بالدليل ولا بالبديهة هذا اخر ما قصدنا ايراده فى شرح رسالته اثبات الواجب - Burgundy paper over pasteboard. Similar to the binding of 1108Y and 5201Y. - Commentary on the Risālat Ithbāt al-wājib (al-qadīmah) by Jalāl al-Dīn al-Dawwānī (d. 1512 or 13).
