Inside covers have red leather doublure with gold filigree central mandorla and cornerpieces, each set over a polychrome (black, orange, blue, light green) background; matching filigree design on the inside of the flap. Endbands in blue and peach., Origin: Portions of the copy completed at different times and not all sections are dated: one section completed in Shaʻbān 984 (p. 865) and another section completed at the end of Rajab 984 (p. 1072).
