The name of the author appears at the end of the text (fol. 94b). Marginal annotations apparently by another hand. Notes on small pices of paper pasted between the original leaves (see between fol. 6 and 7). Fol. 1 consists of a later endleaf with mention of the title pasted on the recto of an original fol. Inscriptions on the original fol. visible, including a title and kabīkaj. Fol. 95 consists of a later endleaf pasted on the verso of an original fol.
